The Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, formed in 1997, manages two magnificent water resource systems--the Great Lakes and the Ohio River basin. The Great Lakes and Ohio River Division inherited command of seven district offices located in Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, Huntington, Louisville, Nashville, and Pittsburgh. In this first decade of service, this division saw many critical changes.
