The daily mental stimulation of the heart provided a type of therapy to soothe the emotional anguish from many of the raging changes that were happening after the eruption of the Covid-19 pandemic, and also other changes that upset normal life as it was known before. Sometimes the greatest support that can be given is to have someone who truly cares about your daily well-being and knows how to connect and render the care.
