You may choose to read one passage at night and think about it as you drift off to sleep. If our words are positive, life-affirming, encouraging, compassionate, caring and loving then we can positively affect the person or people with whom we are speaking. And by doing so we may positively influence the lives of many more people that interact with the person or people with whom we were speaking. A few loving, compassionate and caring words shared with another could live on in the hearts of humans for countless generations.
