Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This has been a book long in the making for well over 10 years or more. It's about the life of a black babyboomer growing up in the city of Charleston, South Carolina amid revolutionary and significant social changes of the 50's, 60's and 70's. In addition, it offers a commentary on life in the palmetto state and on some of the memorable events and personalities as seen through the eyes of this babyboomer. You may have noticed inside the cover that the author mentions being the son of Mary Frazier (phrased as Mary [sic] son) as opposed to the correct phraseology, "Mary's son." As indicated by the sic erat scriptum, the author has done this with the intention of conveying to the reading audience the flavor' and character of the speaking dialect consistent with the people indigenous to Charleston proper. I thank you for buying my book and sincerely hope you enjoy the read !
