For centuries many cultures have used smudging as a way to create a cleansing smoke bath that is used to purify the body, aura, energy, ceremonial/ritual space or any other space and personal articles. I offer here, my own unique perspective on Sacred Smudge Ceremony. This book is by no means a full definition or representation of Sacred Smudging. Every Nation of Peoples have their own unique traditions and personal preferences.
