This creation of Roland Hernaez is mainly based on Minoru Mochizuki's jujutsu with added techniques from the Shorinji Kempo syllabus. Born with Japanese roots but built in Europe by Roland Hernaez, Nihon Tai Jitsu is now widely spread in Western Europe, and in particular in France and Spain. Great resources now exist to support the study of the art in French and Spanish, but no book with the full syllabus to Shodan was available in English. This book is here to help close this gap.
