Volume 1 focuses on the company history of organ production from 1871, following the Great Chicago Fire, to 1914, the year WWI broke out and organ production ceased. Volume 2 will focus on the years 1893 to 1930, the year the company went into receivership following the stock market crash of October 1929 and will overlap organ production with piano production. Principal players in the life of the company will also be included. Volume 2 is expected to be published by 2021.
