In einer sorgfältigen ethnografisch informierten Konversationsanalyse untersucht die Autorin die Aushandlung komplexer sozialer Grenzen, Zugehörigkeiten und Positionierungen im Gespräch. Grenzziehungen und -auflösungen erweisen sich dabei als dynamische und kontextabhängige Prozesse.
