Book excerpt: Following the administration of biopharmaceuticals into human body, the formation of antidrug or neutralizing antibodies and other general immune system effects (including allergy, anaphylaxis, or serum sickness) are of clinical concerns regarding therapeutic efficacy and patient safety.
