It provides information to Soldiers designated to perform the duties of casualty notification officer or casualty assistance officer. This pamphlet also provides information pertaining to casualty related documentation, specifically the DD Form 93 (Record of Emergency Data), as well as Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance, and other life insurance programs administered by the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
