Williams of real estate at 19, 21, 23, and 25 South Water Street, valued at as an endowment, the income from which is to be applied to the current ex penses of operating the Hosp-ital. This increase in income comes at a most opportune time, when we were feeling most acutely the pressure of the very great increase in the cost of practically everything used in the Institution.
