This anthology adresses the topic of interculturality and, therefore, includes articles in English, German and Russian. In the context of the ongoing globalization, intercultural communication becomes increasingly important: global mobility and division of labour, free travelling combined with new communication technologies encourages exchange between people from different cultures. This requires intercultural competence and communication skills not only in private contexts but on the labour market as well. From different points of view the authors of this book discuss the relevance of intercultural communication. By showing how different disciplines deal with this topic the book gives the reader a multiperspective insight on the discourse of interculturality.
