The arrangement which I have followed in teaching this department of medical science is one altogether arbitrary; and without presuming to think that this, the first attempt, approached to any thing like perfection, I may be permitted to say, that it is an arrangement, which I have found satisfactory and convenient, in conducting the business if my course.
