However, the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 effectively directed that all decisions of the Tribunal should be published, and in the spirit of this change, the Tribunal has consented to a comprehensive study of recent decisions which are of significance to the profession.In preparing this volume, the authors have included an introduction to the practice and procedures of the Tribunal.
