The purpose of the third meeting of the CFMC/WECAFC/OSPESCA/CRFM Working Group on Spawning Aggregations were to consider the Regional Fish Spawning Aggregation Draft Fishery Management Plan (FSAMP) focused on Nassau grouper and mutton snapper and outline steps towards its adoption.La tercera reunión del Grupo de trabajo conjunto CFMC/COPACO/OSPESCA/CRFM sobre agregaciones de desove tuvo como objetivos examinar el proyecto de Plan regional de ordenación pesquera de las especies que forman agregaciones de desove: enfoque en la cherna criolla y el pargo criollo (PROPEFAD), y describir las medidas para su adopción. Se espera que este plan regional proporcione orientación para mejorar la ordenación pesquera de otras especies de peces de arrecife que forman agregaciones de desove, según lo determinado por los diferentes países miembros.
