The surveyed property is not currently scheduled for development and the archaeological survey of the area has been undertaken as a result of the owner's progressive outlook towards identifying Alexandria's cultural resources. The area was systematically investigated in close cooperation with Alexandria Archaeology and included all phases of archaeological study as appropriate.
