Book excerpt: The story about a local fisherman named Mus who eager to discover about mermaid but at last he found that he is part of mermaid royal ancestry and the battle with the dark begins. “Get away from here! BE GONE!” Mus throttled the engine but the boat was stalled. The mermaids rocked the boat fervently, capsizing the boat. Noooo!!!!! Like an anchor, Mus was sinking. He was dragged down by Sang Suri to the bottom of the ocean. As he gradually lost his consciousness, his last thoughts were thinking about how weird it was that he’s still alive and how strange it was to be breathing underwater. Suddenly Mus woke up and saw Sang Suri by his side. He was at loss for words when he saw that he was surrounded by houses, hills and mermaids. “Strange!” he thought. “Strange but beautiful”. He sighed, he realized that he was trapped in the world of mermaids, away from land and beyond the reach of mankind.
