After spending time with Makea, Chandra manages to escape from the bounty hunter and makes her way to Carlos, a merchant's slave who she met before she was sold to Xenos. Together, along with her best friend Keeja, they travel to Lyvia, where they meet Treau a changeling. He helps them get to Avolea, a mysterious forest deep within the continent Lyvia. It is there where Chandra's fate takes a turn. At the sanctuary, she discovers the truth of who she is, her connection to Soran, and the foreboding fate that awaits her.
